Children at The Weald thrive on being responsible, trustworthy and committed role models. They love to take on responsibilities and lead by example. Many of these roles involve children giving up their own time, usually during playtimes and lunchtimes and this is something which they enjoy doing as they relish supporting and enthusing their school community both socially and academically. Children throughout the school are also encouraged to take on leadership roles within their classrooms, in addition to the roles outlined on this page.
