We have been lucky enough to be inundated with music, we were proud to host a Surrey Arts music showcase concert which involved welcoming young musicians from schools across the area! Our proudest moment was watching our brass ensemble performing to a packed hall, they played amazingly and their lunchtime lessons are really paying off.

We were also blessed to have a visit from concert pianist Ayaka. Ayaka played two Debussy pieces in our music assembly which was inspiring, moving and unforgettable. The power of music was truly felt by all and showed brilliantly how much dedication is needed to reach such a high standard. It was wonderful to hear the questions from the children who started to wonder just how much resilience Ayaka had to show in order to become a world class pianist.
