"How can we find out about people in the past?"

As artists, children have been researching a local individual from Surrey.

They have studied the pictures and built up their own drawings from different angles by creating a scaffold, before adding detail.

They have mixed colours to make their own skin tone and have used that to paint the drawing.

The drawings and completed paintings are looking fantastic and children should be extremely proud of themselves as we are very proud.
